It's all happening here at Outlaws-Edge! It's almost time for term 2 holidays which means it's almost time for competition season! All of our teams have been hard at work training to perfect their routines. How many ZEROs can we hit this year as an entire club?
Next month is one of our favourite months of the year.... WORLDS MONTH. It's not long now until we send off two of our most talented teams to go and compete against the best in the world in both Cheerleading and Dance. Kelly Girls have been training very hard and putting in so much effort to make sure their stunts are hitting, their tumbling is on point and giving it all the sass in their dance break. We cannot wait to see them shine on stage regardless of placing, we know they will do Outlaws and Australia proud! Not only are we sending Kelly Girls, we are also sending DE.3. Our open all girl hip hop team who were awarded a fully paid bid to Worlds last year. DE.3 is full of talented, hard working and sassy girls who will make their coach, Phil Haddad's, choreography come alive on stage! In addition to working on their fitness, dance style and routine, the team have been organising various fundraising events to help with the additional costs of such a big trip. The girls will be holding a dance workshop during the school holidays on April 9th from 10am. There will be workshops for all different styles including; lyrical, hip hop, jazz and commercial along with raffles and giveaways! You can register for the workshop here.
Mark your calendars for SATURDAY APRIL 14th 7pm for our WORLDS SHOW OFFS. Come on down and support both Kelly Girls and DE.3 in their final performance before they head off to the United States. Read more about the event here.
